Returns need to be postmarked within 14 days of delivery and the product must be shipped in its original undamaged packaging, including packaging slip. In the event of a fulfillment error or defective product, we will cover the cost of shipping. Contact us for any return concerns you may have, and we would love to assist you.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Most orders ship the next business day. If a product is out of stock or if it is a pre-order product, the product will ship once it is in stock. We don’t process orders on Saturday or Sunday except by prior arrangement.
While we cannot guarantee when your order will arrive, we are however partnering with a shipper that has a shipping guarantee of over 99%. But ultimately, any shipping or transit times our site or other parties give you are merely estimates.
Shipping costs within the domestic U.S. is FREE. All international shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
