Is the The Metropolitan Transportation Authority Changing Policy for Strollers on Buses?

Great news for NYC mass transit riders with strollers. The MTA is revisiting it's stroller policy re: folding strollers before boarding. AND new buses are coming with front seat flip-ups so strollers have space to ride along. Great for wheelchairs, too! #progress
