Safe BeeSide Me wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason there is an issue with your order due to a fulfillment error on our end, or if you receive a defective product, please let us know. We are more than happy to remedy the situation.

Returns need to be postmarked within 30 days of delivery and the product must be shipped in its original undamaged packaging, including packaging slip. In the event of a fulfillment error, we will cover the cost of shipping. Contact us for any return concerns you may have. We would love to assist you.

Shipping Policy

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Most orders ship the next business day. If a product is out of stock or if it is a pre-order product, the product will ship once it is in stock. We don’t process orders on Saturday or Sunday except by prior arrangement.

While we cannot guarantee when your order will arrive, we are however partnering with a shipper that has a shipping guarantee of over 99%. But ultimately, any shipping or transit times our site or other parties give you are merely estimates. 

Shipping costs within the domestic U.S. is FREE. All international shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
